The film is narrated using Yogananda’s own words and accounts by those who knew him as well as commentary from scientists, journalists, scholars, yogis and devotees. The documentary examines ancient yoga and explores why millions of people today are turning to yoga and focusing their attention inwards seeking self-realization rather than pursuing the limiting material world.
