About
Tucson Meditation Group

The Tucson Meditation Group (TMG) is a branch of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), a worldwide non-profit religious organization with international headquarters, known as the Mother Center, in Los Angeles, California.

The Tucson Meditation Group members come together to help support one another’s spiritual practice through meditation techniques taught by Paramahansa Yogananda. We welcome you to attend the group’s meditation services and extend a warm invitation of fellowship to join us in deepening your own meditations and spiritual practice.

The Tucson Meditation Group was founded in 1975 and offers meditations throughout the week, Sunday Services, commemorative meditations, with three (3), six (6) and eight (8) hour meditations throughout the year, and offer a Lessons study group. TMG also has potlucks/social events, and hosts the Phoenix Temple monastics for a TMG retreat held at the beautiful Redemptorist Renewal Center, also known as Picture Rocks Retreat every year.

The Tucson Meditation Group has a Bookroom open during the Sunday Services. Please feel free to make purchases before or after the Services. We have a complete selection of Self-Realization Fellowship books, DVD’s, CD’s, photographs and more. After Sunday Services a bookroom attendant can assist you if needed or you may use the “self-service” sales counter. Cash and checks are accepted. Sorry, no credit cards. Thank-you for your purchases. The proceeds are used to support TMG.

Tucson Meditation Group is completely self-supporting
and counts on DONATIONS to pay all of its expenses.
